We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for a Return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We (the seller) will cover the return shipping cost. A return label will be provided after your return request is approved.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delivery Conditions
We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit. However, once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
Delivery Tenure
We offer both Standard Delivery and Next-Day Delivery options to suit your needs.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. This includes preparing, packing, and dispatching your items.
Delivery Options (UK):
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Next-Day Delivery: Available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Please Note:
Next-day delivery applies only to ready-to-ship items and excludes weekends and public holidays. Custom or handmade orders may still require 3–5 business days of processing before shipping, even if next-day delivery is selected. Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control, but we are happy to assist if any issues arise.
Order Customization & Placement
We offer customization for select products (e.g., candle scents, colors, bouquet items). To place a custom order: Please message us or leave a note at checkout with specific details. Customised orders must be confirmed and paid for before production begins.
